ABsolution Become a tighter, fitter you by building your core strength and increasing your flexibility through focused abdominal and lower back conditioning. We will "meet you where you are".
 
Butts and Guts A counterpart to the Absolution class, this core strength emphases upper thighs, inner thigs, and the glutes. Come join Sheila in another high powered workout!
 
Cardio and Strength Variety Get into action with this high cardio impact class that includes strenth and flexibility intervals.
 
Cardio Blast! Come and meet Kristine for a great high/low and sculpting step class alternative.
 
Cardio Pump It Up! Come join us for a cardio class utilizing weights and additional strength intervals pumping up both cardio and strength!
 
Circuit Challenge Need some help or just want to meet others serious about meeting their results through circuit training? Then this class is for you!
 
Floor Sculpt Back to the Floor -- a full body workout leaving NO muscle untouched! Muscle lengthening, sculpting exercises, core challenging Pilates principles...come join Kristen.
 
Get on the Ball Great strength, stretch, and flexibility are realized through this big ball workout!
 
Group Strength Training Trish will give you a demanding workout out on the gym floor utilizing free weights and the circuit. This class is limited to 10 participants.
 
Kickboxing Come and join Sheila in a fast paced, punch and kick, cardio workout. A great opportunity to develop strength and stamina.
 
Meet Me at the Park Come and meet us at the Linear Trail in Wallingford (on Hall). Walk, jog, run, roller blade, bike-----come and join the outdoors!
 
Power Mix-It-Up Between Sheila and Trish you will find this class a surprise each and every session. Be ready to work utilizing dumb bells and bars incorporating strength moves and cardio pump!

Spring into Spring with 12 A crazy workout with Sheila and Trish: 12 different exercises are used throughout the class utilizing stability balls, weights, and bands to increase strength, flexibility and balance while pumping up your cardio vascular endurance.
 
Step 'n Sculpt Step 'n Strength with Jessica. A high cardio class split between strength and step moves. Come ready to work!!!
 
Step Interval Participants will enjoy a variety of step moves focusing on cardio vascular fitness incorporating strength intervals. Each class will conclude with a cool down and a relaxing full body stretch.
 
Strength 'n Sculpt Come for a great workout which is all about getting stronger and increasing your lean muscle! Trish will provide weight and repitions to improve your strength and sculpt your body.
 
Strength Cardio This cardio vascular workout will offer several levels to suit everyone. Throughout the class, the use of stability balls, weights, dynabands and steps will be used for all over strength, toning, flexibility and balance.
 
Stretch Come join us in the am or pm 20 minutes class to release stress and gear up of cool down from your workout. Stretching helps keep you structurally aligned, feel younger, and improve circulation, vitality, and nervous system functioning. Perfect for all levels.
 
Strong Women Strength workout using resistance machines, free weights, and anything else we can find in the gym. Monday we concentrate on chest and arms, Wednesday back and shoulders, Friday is leg day. Come join us for a great EARLY start to the day!
 
Stronger Longer (Senior Fitness) Come start your morning off right with a heart healthy, low impact strength/cardio class with a variety of exercises and energetic moves programmed to music.
 
Turbokick An intense new twist on kickboxing workout
 
Yoga The class includes stretching, breathing exercises and basic yoga positions and postures.
